Hello Lovely Ladies…

Does this face look familiar?  I am the first to admit that I have a serious sweet tooth…

We are not perfect.  We all have days when our diet goes to crap and we find ourselves lounging on the couch all day.  Cheat days are a part of balanced lifestyle and are necessary, in my opinion.

I am all about treating myself!  But I especially love when the treats are “guilt free!”

Chef Erin is a master at modifying recipes to taste naughty, when they are actually healthy!

Try her BanaNO Cream for desert tonight!  This “ice cream” earns Sophie’s stamp of approval!

BanaNO Cream: serves 1 

  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1/4th ripe avocado
  • 1-2 dates chopped
  • 1 heaping TBSP organic cocoa powder
  • Splash of almond milk (approx. 3 TBSP)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Blend all ingredients in Vitamix until smooth.  Add almond milk as needed for desired consistency. Top with hemp hearts, salted chocolate, cocoa nibs or salted pumpkin seeds!
