What kid doesn’t LOVE juice?! Unfortunately, juice can be marketed as “healthy,” “all natural,” “fresh fruit,” “real fruit,” etc when in actuality, it can contain as much sugar as a can of soda! Yikes! Don’t be fooled by marketing. Make your own delicious juice at home! Quick, easy and extremely healthy and delicious! Make a little extra for Mommy too 😉
Green Goodness Juice:
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup 100% organic unsweetened juice (I love pomegranate juice!)
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp hearts
Blend and enjoy 🙂
