Hi Ladies,

I apologize for the radio silence… This Momma needed a good “time out!”

However, it is in these times of stress and feeling like we are about to break that we really need to force ourselves to move!  No matter how busy the kids get, how they went from sleeping through the night to screaming every 2 hours ;), or whatever life throws at you, move to soothe that stress!  You will be amazed at how much a little sweat and fresh air will do for you! 🙂

Enjoy this beautiful fall weather!  Get out there with your kiddos, breath in the crisp fall air, fill your tank with healthy food and move that gorgeous body!



Powerwalk/Jog for 5 minutes

  • Alternating Reverse Lunges (hold onto stroller for stability if needed) – 30 reps – 15/side
  • Baby Shoulder Press (holding on to your baby or 5-8lbs weights, perform shoulder press) – 12 reps
  • Jumping Jacks – 30 reps

Powerwalk/Jog for 5 minutes

  • Pushups/Knee Pushups – 15 reps
  • Deep Squats (holding on to your baby or 5-8lbs weights) – 20 reps
  • High Knees – 30 seconds

Powerwalk/Jog for 5 minutes

  • Plank Hold – 3 sets of 30 seconds
  • Superman Hold – 3 sets of 30 seconds
  • Burpees – 30 seconds
