Breakfast is an excellent opportunity to pump your babe full of nutrient rich fuel!  Kale, spinach, fruits, yogurts and good fats!  I keep this healthy habit up by serving a nutritious breakfast in the Squishy Snak Pak!  A reusable snack pack that is easy for kids to handle and a great opportunity for Mom’s to get the goods in their little ones!  Plus, they are dishwasher safe and easy to use!

Apple Flax

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp ground flax
  • Combine and add to Squishy Snak Pak

Banana Avocado

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 pitted date
  • Blend and add to Squishy Snak Pak

Blueberry Strawberry Parfait

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (2% – kids need good fat for brain development)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • Blend and add to Squishy Snak Pak
