“I’m on holidays!”  “I don’t have a gym!”  “I am still in my pajamas!” No problem! Plank is one exercise that can be done anytime, anywhere and wearing anything!

Planks not only strengthen your entire core, they strengthen your chest, shoulders, and lower body as well! If Sophie can do it, you can do it!

Pregnant or postpartum, there are modifications for all!
