Circuit #1: 3 rounds
- Reverse Lunge with Shoulder Press – 15 reps each side
- Squat Pulses – 15 reps
- Tot Jacks (jumping jacks holding onto tot) – 15 reps
Circuit #2: 3 rounds
- Baby Good Mornings – 15 reps
- Sumo Squat Pulses – 15 reps
- Baby Side Shuffles – 15 shuffles
Circuit #3: 3 rounds
- Boat Pose – 30 second hold
- Laying Hip Raise – 30 second hold
- Plank with Knee Crunches – 30 seconds
