Sophie and Olivia are growing up and are wanting to eat and drink just like Mommy!

I love starting my day with a fresh start.  Chef Erin’s “Green Goodness Smoothie” is the perfect way to fuel myself and and my gals, allowing Sophie and Liv to feel like they are enjoying “big girl” breakfasts!

Green Goodness Smoothie:

Serves 1 mom + 1 or 2 babies

  •  ¼ of a cucumber cut in chunks
  • ¼ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup watermelon
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 heaping cup spinach or kale
  • fresh basil (2-3 leaves)
  • 1 Tbsp organic coconut oil
  • splash of almond milk
  • handful of ice cubes (3-4)

Blend well and top with your choice of hemp hearts, chia seeds, ground flax, fresh berries and a straw!
