Baggage isn’t always a bad thing…

Use your adorable “baggage” to your advantage and hit up that pool!

Swimming is one of my favorite exercises!  It helps calm me down, alleviates stress and anxiety, is something fun and different and I get a great full body workout in!  Plus, Sophie and Liv are becoming little minnows with all of our pool time!  A great life long skill for your kids to develop at a young age!

Place your kiddo in a life vest, grab hold and jump in!  Try swimming laps or simply treading water for a fantastic workout!  Aim for 20 minutes!

Every bit counts ladies!  Sink or SWIM!
