Happy Friday Ladies!  Get out there and find you inner kid!

Last weekend, my sister-in-law Janelle and I ran the Insane Inflatable 5K in San Antonio, Texas!  A race consisting of gigantic “bouncy house” obstacle courses!  I felt like I was on an episode of “Knock Out!” 😉


It is easy to get stuck in the same fitness routine day in and day out!  I am not one for sweating it out on the treadmill every day.  It is so important to challenge yourself, try new activities, change it up and have fun.  Fitness should be fun!

Trying new activities will keep you feeling challenged, motivated, fresh, avoid plateauing, allow you to meet a new circle of people and increase your self confidence!

I challenge you to get out there and make fitness fun!
