I feel like my babies have become “little people” over night!  Very busy “little people,” mind you…No more laying on their backs under their activity sets!  These ladies are getting into anything and everything!

My gals are on the move and this Momma is on the run!  With life getting busier chasing babies around, it is critical that I make sure that I fuel myself, as well as my babes.  Not only is sharing meal time a great way to set the example of healthy eating with your kiddos, it ensures that you are getting the proper nutrution that you need to stay “Momma Strong!”

Fuel your self and your babe in the morning with Soph and Liv’s “Breakfast of Super Babes:” – Serves 1 Mom and 1 Babe


1 Ripe Banana

1/2 Cup Blackberries

4 Prunes

5 Strawberries

1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (1% or 2%)

1/2 Cup Spinach

3 TBSP Hemp Hearts OR Ground Flax Seed

Blend and Bon Appetite!
